Many corporations have explicitly established the managerial competencies that they expect in their leaders. While such lists vary across organizations, most have in common a core group of competencies centered around relationship management, self-management, technical, and strategic skills. Our approach is first to identify what competencies are important for your organization. Then, we develop a custom-designed curriculum that combines your competency models with best practice. When time permits, we employ upward feedback metrics to help develop your leaders by using their own data presented in terms of both best practice and enterprise-specific competency models. We prefer to provide this service for multiple managers from the same organization, as the feedback data provide a more powerful message when put in persective of the organization and other managers in it.
