Executive Off-Sites

Whether for reasons of changes in membership, new challenges, or just a little rejuvenation, executive teams sometimes need an off-site meeting focused on both business objectives and team processes.  

We custom-design every off-site to meet the needs of the team.  However, issues that we address may include:

We prefer conducting executive off-sites in New Orleans, Jamaica, or Florida.  However, we are willing to travel to meet with your team.  In  general, we recommend that we not conduct these meetings at your work-site.
