Executive Development


Whether the need be to establish your "boardroom presence," develop an "executive perspective," or revisit your leadership style in light emerging implementation challenges, we offer short-term assistance to senior managers and executives with at least 10-15 years of experience who can benefit from external coaching.  

Depending on the need and discretion required for the situation, we may follow an unstructured or structured process.  We may employ a series of diagnostic metrics, or we may employ none.  Once we have identified the gaps, we would work with you to develop an action plan to address those gaps.  Elements of the development plan may include (but are not limited to) any of the following elements:

  • Establishing business priorities congruent with corporate goals by understanding critical issues.
  • Enhancing functional expertise by identifying technical strengths and limitations.
  • Improving social skills.
  • Enhancing personal effectiveness by addressing such personal issues as work-life balance, financial concerns, integrating personal and work values, and emotional and physical health.
  • Building analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills by more effectively and efficiently analyzing work situations.
  • Developing a more proactive action orientation.
  • Establishing "boardroom presence."

After 4-10 months, we would follow-up with you to assess the effectiveness of the action plan and its implementation.  Often, mid-course corrections are in order.

We emphasize that confidentiality and discretion are at the very core of our approach to executive development.  We reserve the right to not accept requests for the coaching and development.
