little rejuvenation, executive teams sometimes need an off-site meeting
focused on team processes.

High-performance teams require high-performance processes, which
necessitate much front-end work. We offer a workshop for members of both emerging
and intact teams in implementing the structures and processes necessary for
success.
- Team Performance Profile

Optimal team performance requires functional team processes
(e.g., decision-making protocol) and practices (e.g., a mix of team and
individual incentives) as well as team members with the needed skills to get
the work done. We can examine core issues identified by research
and enterprise-specific issues identified by you and the team(s) to identify barriers to
success and course-corrections to stay on the path of success. We
also have a suggestion for assessing the performance of individual
team members.

In most cases, team dysfunction can be traced back to design flaws early
in team history. We offer assistance in team design (including such
issues as the team charter, selection of members, compensation, etc.) before
the team starts its work.

Being a team leader is more challenging than being "the boss"
or solely a team member. For corporate clients with multiple teams, we can
provide a half-day workshop designed to help team leaders ensure that they
