How We Work
- We work with our clients to explicitly identify the desired
outcomes to result from our partnership. Then, we clarify the work to
be performed, role expectations, criteria of success, and anticipated costs.
- We maintain confidentiality to both the managers and executives who hire
us and to the employees who participate and provide data.
- We position our clients as the primary agents of change, partnering with
them to develop strategies, recommending actions based on the data and
organizational realities, and coaching them for success.
- We offer direct contact with the principals of Metrics One and the
seasoned professionals who work with us.
- While we may help to surface sensitive issues that affect business
outcomes, we are discrete and careful in addressing them.
- We aim for responsiveness and service delivery consistent with agreed-upon
requirements. We do everything we can to abide by our Sunset Policy.
